1954
With the founding of the construction company Kollitsch by engineer Franz Kollitsch in Carinthia, the foundation for our family's connection to the construction industry is laid.
1975
Around 20 years later, Franz Josef and Hermine Kollitsch take over the Carinthian construction company, where Franz Alexander also starts his career. Later, Günther and Sigrun Kollitsch take over the company and successfully manage it to this day.
1996
Franz Alexander Kollitsch and Klaus Stanek jointly found the civil engineering office Kollitsch & Stanek ZT GmbH in Vienna.
2006
Franz Alexander and Eva Kollitsch found APM Holding GmbH in Vienna, expanding the purely technical range of services to include real estate development both domestically and internationally.
2008
A joint venture is established with real estate investors Betha Zwerenz & Krause to develop the Fashion Outlet Parndorf and many other projects.
2016-2024
As part of the successful collaboration with BZK, the joint project development company Invester United Benefits was established in 2016, leading to the development of numerous projects in the following years. Alongside Invester, other strong partners were founded: Ekazent as an asset manager, Wealthcore as an investment manager, and United Climate as an ESG advisor. In 2020, these companies were brought together under the umbrella of United Benefits Holding. In 2024, the Kollitsch and Krause families decided to end their long-standing partnership and pursue independent entrepreneurial paths.
2024
The Kollitsch Invest Family Office opens a new chapter to invest in sustainable real estate together with the new generation. The companies Ekazent and Invester Management are also moving into the sole sphere of the new family holding company.
