What began in 2012 under the name "Villaggio" as the third outlet center in Parndorf has, within just a few years, established itself as a major player in the European shopping landscape. Just a year after opening, the range of stores was expanded to better serve an ever-growing catchment area of over six million people.

With the acquisition of Galerien Parndorf in 2014, the existing Villaggio Fashion Outlet was merged under a new, strong brand – Fashion Outlet Parndorf. Today, the center spans 20.800 m², with a planned expansion of an additional 6.500 m², marking a milestone on the path to making the Fashion Outlet Parndorf the largest outlet destination in Europe.

Over 60 stores offer a diverse selection of casual fashion, sportswear, shoes, accessories, and home & lifestyle products. The unique combination of an open village-style architecture and a covered mall creates a relaxed shopping atmosphere, while cafés and restaurants invite visitors to linger.
