Located directly at the Hatě border crossing near Znojmo, Freeport Fashion Outlet is one of the largest shopping centers of its kind in Central Europe. With 22,400 m² of retail space and over 1.8 million visitors annually, the Czech Republic’s first outlet center has become a hotspot for fashion and design.

75 shops featuring international brands, along with seven spacious dining areas, create an inviting atmosphere for extended stays. Following a comprehensive refurbishment and the acquisition of the project in 2018, another facelift is already in the works – with the goal of further optimizing the shopping experience and unlocking the full future potential of the location.
