In 2016, the acquisition of the Hilton Vienna Park marked the beginning of a groundbreaking project that set new standards through comprehensive renovation and remodeling, culminating in a highly successful sale. After approximately two years of construction, the 50.000 m² hotel was completed and handed over to Hilton International. The expansion and refurbishment of the property opened a new chapter in the success story of Austria's largest hotel. With 663 rooms and over 3.500 m² of flexible event spaces, it is one of the largest downtown meeting and event hotels in Europe. The renowned London design firm Goddard Littlefair executed the interior design.

The Hilton Vienna Park project was honored at the European Property Awards in the Commercial Renovation/Redevelopment category, evaluated on criteria such as amenities, location, architecture, sustainability, innovation, and accompanying marketing.

The hotel also stands out with its exceptional location right next to the Stadtpark in the heart of Vienna. Its immediate proximity to the Wien Mitte transportation hub provides ideal connections in all directions of the city as well as to the airport.
