Despite challenging conditions, from the uncertainties of a pandemic to global supply shortages, Austria's first prizeotel was successfully completed in just two years of construction and handed over to the hotel management in 2022.

The interior design by star designer Karim Rashid has given the hotel a distinctive identity. From the outset, the project was also characterized by our sustainable value understanding, which is why the consistent implementation of the highest ESG standards throughout the entire development process was a top priority. As a crowning achievement, the building – constructed on the last available plot at Vienna's main train station – was honored with the klimaaktiv Gold Certificate.
