With the acquisition of the 16.000 m² Silver Forum office building in March 2023, we returned to the Polish real estate market. The goal of this venture is to unlock the building’s full potential and develop it further across the entire value chain.

Through targeted modernizations in accordance with the highest ESG standards, a newly designed and greened façade, and an optimized mobility infrastructure, Silver Forum has been prepared for the future. Inside, a flexible space concept has been introduced, supporting modern work environments and offering a wide range of uses.

With our "Manage-to-Core" strategy, the building has not only been upgraded but also repositioned as a contemporary office complex in close proximity to Wrocław’s historic old town – an innovative and sustainable workspace that blends seamlessly into the city's business landscape.
